API Onboarding Procedure

To gain access to the Bermuda Commercial Bank RESTful Open Banking API, clients must complete the onboarding process outlined below. This ensures proper verification and secure provisioning of API credentials.


📥 Step 1: Submit Company Information

Once you've completed the form we will be in contact within 24 hours.


🔍 Step 2: Review & Verification

Once your request is received, our API support team will:

  • Review the submitted information
  • Conduct due diligence and internal checks
  • Request any additional documents or clarifications if needed

You’ll be contacted via email during this step if any follow-up is required.


🔐 Step 3: Access Credentials Issuance

Upon approval, you will receive:

  • Client ID and Client Secret
  • IP Whitelisting Instructions
  • Access to the Developer API Documentation Portal

Please store your credentials securely. Do not share them publicly or transmit them over unsecured channels.
